City & Guilds 7302
In 2009 legislation requires that all trainers involved in the Drivers CPC MUST have an approved training qualification.
City & Guilds 7303 Adult Teaching course is an approved option.
The course is also aimed at educators and trainers in all professions who not only need a formal training qualification (for quality assurance and inspection reasons perhaps) but would like to consolidate their knowledge in providing effective learning that empowers, motivates, engages and promotes deep learning in participants.
Our tutors are holders of post graduate qualifications who have had many years of experience in providing such courses, to the public and private sector, from small organisations to ‘blue-chip’ companies and large public sector organisations.
The 7303 micro-teaching qualification is achievable at the end of day 5 of the taught course by submitting a 7303 portfolio.
Our niche is to enable candidates to achieve the qualification quickly. The advantage being that teachers/trainers are much more effective after undertaking the 5 day course, rather than the 3 months it usually takes to undertake the Stage 1 on a traditional basis - of 3 hours a week Candidates usually have one month to submit their completed portfolio, after the course ends. Most of the contents of the portfolio will be automatically generated whilst undertaking the course.
